Year-Round Training Program
Our comprehensive program runs 47-48 weeks throughout the year, providing consistent development opportunities for all players.
Field players receive focused technical and tactical training, while our dedicated goalkeeper program ensures specialized attention for those defending the net. Both field players and goalkeepers receive weekly training sessions, increasing to twice weekly during competitive seasons.
Our goalkeeper curriculum focuses on positioning, shot-stopping, distribution, and game management – essential skills for modern keepers.
Players benefit from our winter indoor league running November through February at the Bristol Sportsplex, and can participate in optional third night training sessions available in both Bristol and Johnson City.
During summer months, we maintain engagement through special 5v5 weekend events that combine skill development with fun, casual play.
Local Competition and Reduced Travel
We understand the importance of balancing competitive play with family time. Through our strategic partnership with VESL and careful tournament organization, we’ve created a schedule that minimizes travel while maximizing playing opportunities.
Our fall outdoor season runs from July to November, encompassing 9-10 competition weekends. Families appreciate that 6-7 of these weekends feature local Tri-Cities competition, significantly reducing travel demands.
