FC Alliance North Unveils New Coaching Team

FC Alliance North is excited to announce the addition of several accomplished coaches and staff to its Northeast Tennessee team. These individuals bring a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to soccer, which will significantly benefit the development of young players in the region.

 

Abi Houseright will take on the role of U9-U12 Team Coordinator. With a robust background that includes playing for the University of South Carolina and coaching roles at Harpeth Hall School and Nashville TNFC, Abi’s expertise in health, wellness, and behavioral psychology will guide her approach in nurturing young talents. She also runs GameChanger Training, a sports training program emphasizing group and private coaching.

Jim Powell, our new 2012 Boys coach, brings 15 years of soccer coaching experience across multiple states and a rich background as an NCAA Referee. With a pastoral role and a focus on nonprofit consultancy, Jim’s multifaceted career enriches his coaching, offering a unique blend of leadership and mentorship to our players.

 

 

Brian Elliott and Sam Ferguson will lead the Bristol 2016 Boys team. Brian, a former captain and assistant coach at King University and a current PA at Appalachian Orthopedic, is known for his tactical acumen and leadership on the field. Sam, also a standout at King University and a business leader, brings a strategic edge to the team, having led his high school team to four state championships.

Henrik Guenther joins as the 2015 Bristol Boys coach. A recent standout at ETSU, where he was recognized for his academic and athletic achievements, Henrik’s insights and experience are invaluable in developing defensive strategies and fostering team spirit.

Victor Chirca will coach the Johnson City 2014 Boys team. Victor, with a long-standing history in the soccer community, has extensive coaching credentials that make him a key asset in advancing our club’s goals.

Malora Quesinberry, our new coach for the Johnson City 2014 Girls team, brings a rich background from both her playing days in Florida and extensive coaching experience across various age groups. Her approach is deeply informed by her education in Information Systems and Technology, adding a strategic layer to her coaching style.

FC Alliance North is confident that the addition of these talented individuals will enhance our program and inspire our players. We invite the community to meet our new staff and encourage young athletes to register for tryouts to experience the enhanced training and development opportunities available.
